Eagle Claims Management is the only Michigan TPA to include a written performance guarantee in all contracts. That fact alone speaks volumes for our capabilities and commitment.

Here’s what you can count on when you entrust your workers’ compensation claims to Eagle Claims Management:

  1. We will jointly monitor our overall performance during the contract period.
  2. If, during the first year, you are dissatisfied, we will refund all fees paid to date and cooperate in a transfer to another TPA.
  3. If, at any time, our performance is less than 100%, we will refund a portion of our service fee.
