When is a Fall Covered?
The Court of Appeals ruled that, since the fall was not caused by any object on the employer's premises and since the blow to the head was just from hitting the floor, the incident should not be considered as work related.
Just becuase an incident occurs during employment does not make it work related. The injury also has to be caused in some way by the employment.
