Claims Management

Our first emphasis is early intervention.

To this end Eagle Claims Management claim personnel will:

  • Contact each disabled employee promptly upon notification of a new claim.
  • Contact the client to report our findings
  • Work with the client to develop a strategy for managing the claim
  • Document that strategy
  • Implement that strategy
  • Review its progress with the client at predetermined intervals
  • Work diligently with client and the treating doctor to return injured workers to regular or restricted work as soon as possible.
