Our first emphasis is early intervention.
To this end Eagle Claims Management claim personnel will:

Contact each disabled employee promptly upon notification of a new claim. -

Contact the client to report our findings -
•
Work with the client to develop a strategy for managing the claim -

Document that strategy -
•
Implement that strategy -
•
Review its progress with the client at predetermined intervals -
•
Work diligently with client and the treating doctor to return injured workers to regular or restricted work as soon as possible.
