Disability Management
With years of experience in managing disability issues, Eagle Claims Management has created a three-pronged approach to disability management:
- Our first emphasis is early intervention.
To this end, our claims managers take the following steps:- Contact and interview the disabled employee within 24 hours of receiving notification of a new claim.
- Make personal visits to the injured workers.
- Contact the employer and the treating doctor to obtain all necessary information on the claim.
- Submit an investigative report to the client within five days, when requested.
- We work diligently with client and the treating doctor to return injured workers to regular or restricted work as soon as possible.
- When authorized, we employ the services of client-approved vocational counselors.
This proactive approach leads to the best outcomes for our clients and their employees.
