With years of experience in managing disability issues, Eagle Claims Management has created a three-pronged approach to disability management:

  1. Our first emphasis is early intervention.
    To this end, our claims managers take the following steps:
    • Contact and interview the disabled employee within 24 hours of receiving notification of a new claim.
    • Make personal visits to the injured workers.
    • Contact the employer and the treating doctor to obtain all necessary information on the claim.
    • Submit an investigative report to the client within five days, when requested.
  2. We work diligently with client and the treating doctor to return injured workers to regular or restricted work as soon as possible.
  3. When authorized, we employ the services of client-approved vocational counselors.

This proactive approach leads to the best outcomes for our clients and their employees.
