Prepayment Authorization
In a business like ours, efficient processes are critical. Eagle Claims Management has developed a payment process that prevents surprises and ensures against idle dollars. Here are a few highlights:
- Our claims personnel enter payments daily, but we print checks only once a week.
- At the start of each week, you will receive a report listing all payments scheduled to be made that week.
- After you’ve reviewed the proposed payments, you will transfer only the funds required for that week's payments. This gives you more control over your money and the claims funding process.
- We can issue emergency checks if necessary.
